Wine Scoring System

The club uses a 20-point scoring system for rating wines. This system is very similar to the UC Davis 20-point system. Points are awarded for various characteristics - appearance (color and clarity), aroma / bouquet, taste and aftertaste. Comments as appropriate are included for each section, to provide the best feedback to the winemaker.
